This is a series of survivors in a post-apocalyptic world, ravaged by a virus that turned civilized men into warring tribes; some altered genetically, devolved to their ancestors savage instincts. The story takes place within a secured mountain, protected by a massive wall, when they learn of an impending attack by an enemy tribe that joined with savages to take their resources, such as food, ammunition and a massive warehouse of rare fuel.
