Since head coach Marvin Lewis was hired in 2003, I’ve taken a vested interest in cataloging and narrating the Cincinnati Bengals, a teams I’ve cheered since moving to Ohio in the late 80s, when Lewis’ arrival allowed the Bengals to emerge from one of the most embarrassing periods in professional sports history.
I started out at BengalsZone in 2003, adding a blog to a website that was primarily a discussion board originally. Recruited by SB Nation in 2006, I helped build a new fan-drive blog called Cincy Jungle, which as emerged as one of the premiere destinations for Bengals news, commentary, and analysis.
Due to various personal reasons, my contributions and role at Cincy Jungle has significantly dropped into a contributor role. At this point, most of my Bengals-related content will appear here until I find a new home.
In addition to Bengals commentary, there are other subjects that could appear, from politics to technology (my primary job is as an I.T. Administrator and Manager and tends to consume my non-Bengals interest).
